1. Agreement
By downloading or using Jasad you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What Jasad is
Jasad is an educational reference that shows general human anatomy in three dimensions, of the kind published in textbooks and encyclopedias. It is provided for learning and curiosity.
3. Not medical advice
Jasad is not a medical device and does not provide medical services. It does not diagnose, screen, monitor or treat any condition, gives no medication or dosage information, and must never be used to make a health decision. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for anything concerning your health. The in-app tutor answers general anatomy questions only and will decline personal medical questions.
4. Jasad Pro
Jasad is free to download and includes the full 3D body and the learning tabs. Jasad Pro is a single, one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase of $5.99 (or the equivalent in your local currency) that permanently unlocks the additional features. It is not a subscription, nothing renews and you will never be charged again. Payment is taken by Apple at confirmation of purchase and is tied to your Apple Account, so you can restore it on any device you own using "Restore Purchases". Refunds are handled by Apple under its standard terms.
5. Accounts
An account is optional. If you create one with Sign in with Apple, you are responsible for the Apple Account used. You may delete your account at any time from within the app, which permanently removes your record from our servers.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its generated content, and do not use the tutor to attempt to obtain medical advice or to submit other people's personal information.
7. Availability and changes
Optional online features (narration voice and tutor) depend on third-party services and may change or be interrupted. We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
8. Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, and in particular from any use of it in place of professional medical advice.

بتنزيلك جسد أو استخدامه فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. وإن لم توافق فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
2. ما هو جسد
جسد مرجع تعليمي يعرض التشريح البشري العام بثلاثة أبعاد، من النوع المنشور في الكتب المدرسية والموسوعات، ويُقدَّم للتعلّم وإشباع الفضول.
3. ليس استشارة طبية
جسد ليس جهازًا طبيًا ولا يقدّم خدمات طبية. فهو لا يشخّص ولا يفحص ولا يراقب ولا يعالج أي حالة، ولا يقدّم معلومات عن الأدوية أو الجرعات، ويجب ألا يُستخدم لاتخاذ أي قرار صحي. استشر دائمًا مختصًا مؤهلًا في أي أمر يخص صحتك. ويجيب المعلّم داخل التطبيق عن أسئلة التشريح العامة فقط ويعتذر عن الأسئلة الطبية الشخصية.
4. جسد برو
تنزيل جسد مجاني ويشمل الجسم ثلاثي الأبعاد كاملًا وأقسام التعلّم. وجسد برو عملية شراء واحدة داخل التطبيق بقيمة 5.99 دولار (أو ما يعادلها بعملتك) تفتح الميزات الإضافية بشكل دائم. وهي ليست اشتراكًا، ولا يتجدد شيء، ولن تُحاسَب مرة أخرى. تُحصّل Apple المبلغ عند تأكيد الشراء ويُربط بحساب Apple الخاص بك، فيمكنك استعادته على أي جهاز تملكه عبر «استعادة المشتريات». وتتولى Apple الاسترداد وفق شروطها المعتادة.
5. الحسابات
الحساب اختياري. وإذا أنشأت حسابًا بتسجيل الدخول عبر Apple فأنت مسؤول عن حساب Apple المستخدم. ويمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق، ما يزيل سجلك نهائيًا من خوادمنا.
6. الاستخدام المقبول
لا تحاول الهندسة العكسية أو إعادة بيع التطبيق أو محتواه أو توزيعه، ولا تستخدم المعلّم لمحاولة الحصول على استشارة طبية أو لإرسال معلومات شخصية تخص آخرين.
7. التوفر والتغييرات
تعتمد الميزات الاختيارية عبر الإنترنت (صوت السرد والمعلّم) على خدمات طرف ثالث وقد تتغير أو تنقطع. وقد نحدّث التطبيق وهذه الشروط، وستظهر التغييرات الجوهرية في هذه الصفحة بتاريخ جديد.
8. المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو». وإلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي خسارة ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق، ولا سيما استخدامه بديلًا عن الاستشارة الطبية المتخصصة.
